Finn looked at the plate with a frown, his nose crinkling at the sight of broccoli and carrots. He pushed the plate away slightly, hoping his mom wouldn't notice. "Why do I have to eat vegetables, Mummy? They taste weird," he complained. Mum , with a patient smile, set a glass of milk beside him. "They’re good for you, Finn. They make you strong and healthy," she replied, ruffling his hair.
Finn flipped through the pages of a colourful comic book he found while exploring the attic. The vibrant illustrations showed superheroes gaining incredible powers from eating vegetables. His eyes widened with curiosity as he thought about the possibility. "Could it be true?" he wondered aloud.
Finn, with a newfound determination, decided to give the vegetables a try. He picked up a carrot stick, hesitated for a moment, then took a bite. The crunch echoed in the quiet kitchen. "Hmm, not so bad," he thought to himself, feeling a strange tingling sensation in his fingers.
Finn felt a rush of energy course through his body as he ran around the yard. He noticed his senses sharpening, the cool night air feeling electric against his skin. "I feel... different," he exclaimed with a mix of awe and excitement.
Finn couldn't wait to eat his breakfast, piling his plate with vegetables. He felt stronger and more vibrant than ever. "Mum, I think vegetables are my new favourite food," he declared, grinning widely as he munched happily. Mum smiled knowingly, glad to see her son's newfound appreciation. "I knew you'd come around, Finn. Vegetables are superfoods, after all," she said with a wink.
Finn raced his friends across the park, feeling lighter and faster than ever. His friends watched in amazement as he ran circles around them. Jake, his best friend, panted heavily. "Wow, Finn! What's your secret?"
Finn laughed, enjoying the thrill of his new abilities. "It's simple, really. Just eat your veggies!" he shouted, his voice full of joy.
