Fisher, a curious little boy with tousled hair and bright eyes, knelt by the flowerbed, his loyal dog Niko by his side. "Niko, today we're going to discover the ABCs," he whispered excitedly, pointing to a colorful alphabet book that lay open on the grass.
Fisher stood up, brushing dirt from his knees, and picked up the book. Niko, a golden retriever with a wagging tail and a nose for adventure, barked in agreement. Together, they set off across the yard, searching for their first letter. "Let's start with A for apple," Fisher declared, spotting a small apple tree in the corner.
Fisher reached down and picked up an apple, holding it up for Niko to sniff. "Bark! Bark!" Niko responded, wagging his tail enthusiastically. "That's right, Niko. A for apple!" Fisher laughed, placing the apple back on the ground.
Fisher and Niko moved on, stopping next at the daisies. "B is for butterfly," Fisher said, as a vibrant butterfly flitted by, its wings a kaleidoscope of colors. Niko watched it intently, his head cocked to one side as if pondering its flight.
Fisher knelt down, tracing the letters in the dirt. "C is for clover," he said, picking a small stem and holding it up. Niko sniffed it and sneezed, causing Fisher to giggle. "You're right, Niko. Learning is fun," he said, giving his furry friend a pat on the head.
Fisher sat down on the grass, Niko curling up beside him. "We've learned a lot today, haven't we, Niko?" he said, gazing at the sky. Niko nuzzled closer, content in their shared discovery. Together, they watched as the stars began to twinkle, each one a new letter waiting to be learned.
