Lulu felt her tummy flutter as she thought about her first day at Little Heroes Kindergarten. She loved to roar, but every time she tried, it came out as a tiny squeak. Today, she wanted to be brave, even though she felt a little scared. she whispered softly to herself "I can do it... even when I’m scared,"
Lulu took a deep breath and tried to speak up. Her voice squeaked, but she smiled and waved at a new friend, a gentle zebra named Zane. "Hello, my name is Lulu," she said, her cheeks warm with excitement and nerves. Zane grinned back, and Lulu felt a little braver.
Lulu wanted to try going on the big blue slide, but her tummy felt wobbly. She watched other cubs climb up, their faces full of joy and courage. Taking a deep, brave breath, she placed her paws on the ladder—her heart thumping like a tiny drum. "I can do it... even when I’m scared," she reminded herself.
Step by step, Lulu climbed higher, her tummy twisting like vines. She paused at the top, looking down at the soft sand below. She took another deep breath, feeling the courage grow in her chest. "I can do it... even when I’m scared," she whispered.
As Lulu reached the bottom, she landed softly and burst into giggles. She felt proud—her roar was still small, but it was braver than ever. Zane rushed over and hugged her, and Lulu’s heart glowed with happiness. "That was amazing, Lulu!" said Zane, and Lulu beamed.
Lulu takes the biggest, bravest breath she’s ever taken. She opens her mouth wide and lets out a LOUD, wonderful ROAR! The sound fills the room, echoing off the soft walls. All the cubs clap and cheer, and Lulu’s eyes sparkle with joy.
Today, Lulu learned something important. Being brave doesn’t mean not being scared—it means trying anyway. "Can you take a deep, brave breath like Lulu?" the teacher asks, as all the cubs smile and breathe in, ready for tomorrow’s adventures.
