John started his weekend on a sunny morning. He rode his skateboard in the local park. The air was filled with laughter. He felt happy as he tried new tricks on his skateboard. "Look at this!" he called to his friends, smiling wide.
After skating, John went to his best friend's house. The room was a fun place with colorful bean bags and video games. He picked up a controller, ready to play games. "Get ready to lose!" he joked as they played together.
In the afternoon, John joined his friends for a soccer game. They were excited to play. The grass was green, and the ball moved quickly between the players. "Pass the ball!" he shouted, feeling the joy of the game.
Later, John went to the market with his mom. The place was busy with people talking and shopping. He helped his mom carry the groceries. When they got home, he helped with chores too. "Did we get everything, Mom?" he asked, happy to help.
In the evening, John and his little sister Lucy baked cookies together. The kitchen smelled sweet. They laughed and had fun mixing ingredients. "These will taste great!" Lucy said, her eyes shining with joy.
