Jonah, a lively 3-year-old, giggled as he dipped his hand into the warm water, sending ripples spreading across the surface. The tub was a vast ocean, and Jonah was ready for an adventure.
Jonah placed his trusty captain's hat—a foam crown perched atop his head. "Ahoy, ducks! Set sail on the high seas!" he declared, his voice full of enthusiasm. The ducks bounced eagerly, ready for the voyage.
Jonah pointed toward an imaginary horizon, "Look out for pirates!" he warned, eyes wide with excitement. The ducks formed a protective circle, their yellow bodies gleaming like brave guardians.
"Hold on, mates! We're in a storm!" Jonah shouted, his heart racing with the thrill of the imaginary danger. The room filled with the sound of his cheerful laughter and the gentle rumble of the water.
Jonah reached out, his fingers closing around the treasure. "We've found gold, crew!" he announced triumphantly, holding the chest aloft for his duck companions to see.
Jonah sighed contentedly, his eyes drooping with the onset of sleep. "Goodnight, ducks," he whispered, placing them gently on the edge of the tub. As his mother wrapped him in a warm towel, Jonah smiled, dreaming of tomorrow's adventures.
