Everett watched in awe as Momma laced up her sneakers, her energy infectious.
"I want to be just like Momma!" he exclaimed, clapping his hands with excitement.
"That's wonderful, sweetheart! Being strong and healthy helps us feel our best," Momma replied with a warm smile.
Everett mimicked Momma's movements as she lifted weights, his toy blocks substituting for dumbbells.
"I can do that too!" he declared, lifting his blocks high. Up, down. Up, down.
Momma ran fast on the treadmill, her feet creating a rhythmic pattern. Step, step, step!
Everett giggled as he ran around the living room. Step, step, step!
After their workouts, Momma took a big drink of water.
"Water helps my body stay strong," she explained.
Everett followed suit, taking a big sip.
"Just like Momma!" he chirped.
At lunchtime, they shared a vibrant meal.
"This food gives us energy," Momma said as they ate.
After a day filled with activity, Everett and Momma snuggled up on the couch for a bedtime story.
"Momma, when I grow up, I want to be strong, fast, and healthy—just like you!"
Everett whispered, his eyes drooping with sleepiness.
Momma kissed his forehead gently.
"And I love you just the way you are," she replied softly.
Everett awoke with a smile, feeling inspired and ready to take on the world. He knew he was already on his way to being just like Momma, strong and happy.
