Lena, an adventurous girl with a bright smile and curly hair, sits cross-legged on her bed, flipping through a thick, illustrated book. Her twin brother, Leo, who sports glasses and a mischievous grin, sprawls beside her, peering over her shoulder.
"Look, Leo! This book says there's a place called the Land of Emotionals. It says you can visit if you believe hard enough."
"A whole land made of feelings? That sounds awesome! Let's try it, Lena."
Lena clutches Leo's hand tightly as they whirl through the colors. The ground beneath them feels springy, like a trampoline, and the scent of sweet strawberries fills the air.
"Whoa! Did we really make it? This place is amazing!"
"Look at those trees—each one has a face! And they're all making different expressions."
A cheerful blue Emotional with twinkling eyes introduces itself as Joyful Juno, the guide of the land.
"Welcome, Lena and Leo! Here in the Land of Emotionals, we celebrate every feeling. Each of my friends represents a different emotion. Would you like to meet them all?"
"Yes, please! Do you have a shy Emotional?"

"Sometimes I feel sad, and that's okay. My friends help me by listening and giving hugs," Sad Sam explains, wiping a shiny tear.
"When I get mad, I stomp my feet and then take deep breaths until I feel calmer," says Angry Amber, demonstrating with a dramatic stomp and a big, slow exhale.
Leo feels a knot in his stomach. Lena squeezes his hand, her own face uncertain.
"Lena, I'm scared. What if we can't get back?"
"Let's remember what the Emotionals taught us. If we talk about our feelings, maybe the mist will clear."
Joyful Juno beams, waving goodbye. Lena and Leo step onto the path, feeling proud and calm.
"You did it! Remember, every feeling matters—talk about them, and you'll always find your way."
"Thank you, Emotionals! We'll never forget this adventure," Lena calls as the magic swirls once more, returning them to their cozy bedroom, the workbook open and ready for their own drawings and reflections.
