Little Bill lies under his blankets, eyes wide open, clutching his favorite stuffed elephant. Suddenly, a pale, floating shape glides past his door—its ghostly outline flickers like a white flame. Heart pounding, Little Bill bolts upright, unable to look away as the “ghost” lets out a soft, eerie wail.
"What was that?!" he whispers, his voice trembling with fear. The ghostly shape vanishes into the hallway. Without a second thought, Little Bill leaps from his bed, dashing down the hall as fast as his legs can carry him.
Geo, with his bright blue suit and friendly eyes, looks up just as Little Bill bursts into the room, panting and wide-eyed. Milli, with her pink dress covered in lively patterns, tilts her head in concern.
"Geo, Milli! There’s a ghost in my room! It floated and made scary noises!" Geo immediately stands, his expression turning serious. "Don’t worry, Little Bill. We’ll figure this out together," she says reassuringly.
Geo leads the group, scanning each corner with his flashlight. Milli examines the floor, looking for clues. Little Bill clings to the back of Geo's shirt, his nerves taut as strings.
"Do you see anything unusual, Milli?" "Wait! Look—there’s a trail of white fabric snagged on your toy chest," Milli points out. The group follows the trail, their curiosity growing.
Bobby, with a sheepish grin, steps out from behind the fabric. The white sheet slips off his shoulders, and he holds up Little Bill’s flashlight as a “ghost light.”
"Boo! Did I scare you, Little Bill?" Little Bill stares in shock, then starts to laugh. Geo and Milli join in, relief washing over their faces.
"You sure got me, Bobby! But now, with Team Umizoomi, I think it’s time for a little payback," Little Bill says, eyes twinkling. "Let’s get creative—how about a friendly scare for Dad?" "We can build a pretend robot ghost with glowing lights!"
Little Bill beams with pride, standing between Geo and Milli. Even Bobby joins in, giving Little Bill a high five.
"Thanks, Geo and Milli! I’m not scared anymore. Next time, I’ll just call Team Umizoomi!" The room glows with laughter and newfound bravery, as the night turns from spooky to spectacular.
