Little Radha woke up with a big smile. Today was the day she would start learning to dance! She had always loved watching the older kids twirl and leap at the village festivals. Her mother had promised to take her to the dance class. "Are you ready for your first lesson, Radha?"
Radha skipped along the path to the dance hall, her heart fluttering with excitement. Miss Leela, the dance teacher, greeted her at the door with a warm smile. "Welcome, Radha! Today, we'll learn some basic steps," she said, leading her inside.
Radha joined the other children in a circle. Miss Leela clapped her hands and began to teach them simple steps. Radha watched carefully, her small feet trying to mimic the movements. She stumbled a bit but quickly got back up, determined to keep going.
With each step, Radha gained more confidence. She twirled around with her friends, giggling when they all bumped into each other. "Remember, practice makes perfect," Miss Leela reminded them, clapping along to the beat.
As the class concluded, Radha felt proud of herself. She had learned her first dance! "I can't wait to show everyone at the next festival," she exclaimed, her cheeks flushed with excitement.
Radha held her mother's hand, chatting happily about her day. She knew she had a lot to learn, but she was ready for the journey. "Dancing is like telling a story without words, isn't it, Mama?" she asked, gazing up at the twinkling stars.
