Lumi blinked in awe as Cinder tugged impatiently at her arm. "Where are we, Cinder?" she whispered, her golden halo glimmering softly in the twilight.
"I don't know, but it looks fun!" Cinder grinned, his tiny horns barely visible beneath a tousle of fiery red hair. He pointed towards a food truck emitting delicious aromas of sizzling street food. "Let's explore!"
Lumi marveled at the colors and lights, "It's so different from home," she said, her eyes wide with wonder.
"Different, but exciting!" Cinder exclaimed, trying to mimic a breakdancer's moves, much to Lumi's amusement.
Lumi shivered, "We need to find shelter, Cinder." she said, looking around for a dry spot.
Cinder spotted a small coffee shop with a warm glow beckoning them inside. "There!" he pointed, tugging Lumi towards the inviting warmth.
Lumi sipped her drink, a smile forming as Cinder recounted their adventures. "I'm glad we're together, even if we're lost," she admitted softly.
"Me too," Cinder agreed, his mischievous grin softening. "We'll find our way home, Lumi. As long as we're a team."
Lumi looked up at the stars, "I think I know the way," she said, a sense of calm confidence in her voice.
Cinder nodded, "Lead the way, Lumi. Together, we'll find home." he replied, their newfound friendship lighting their path as they ventured forward.
Lumi and Cinder continued their journey, knowing that home was not just a place, but a feeling they carried with them.
