Nibbles, a tiny sugar glider with fur as soft as velvet, clung nervously to a high branch, his eyes wide with wonder and worry. "Where is everyone?" he whispered to himself, heart pounding with the rhythm of a thousand tiny feet.
Tully, the wise old tortoise, noticed the little creature above. "Young one, what brings you to these parts?" he called in a voice deep and soothing. Nibbles scurried down, his nerves easing at the gentle tone. "I'm lost," he admitted, a tremor in his voice.
Chipper bounded into the scene, eyes bright with mischief. "Lost, you say? That's no good! But worry not, I'm the best guide in this park!" Tully nodded in agreement, "Together, we'll help you find your way." Nibbles felt a surge of hope.
Chipper led the way, darting from one path to another, "Follow me, I've got a nose for these things!" Tully followed at his own pace, offering advice and encouragement, "Stay calm, little one, every journey has its end."
"What if I never find them?" Nibbles sighed, feeling small and alone. Tully offered a reassuring smile, "Sometimes, the darkest hour is just before the dawn." Chipper chirped up, "And sometimes, all you need is a little faith and a friend by your side."
Nibbles's heart soared as he recognized the voices of his family. "I hear them! I hear them!" he exclaimed, tears of joy in his eyes. Chipper clapped his paws, "I knew we'd make it!" Tully chuckled softly, "Every journey leads us home." As Nibbles soared into the night, he knew he'd found more than his way back; he'd found friends for a lifetime.
