Melina swam through the vibrant sea corals, her long turquoise tail gliding gracefully behind her. As she waved to familiar faces, a sense of unease crept over her. "Everyone seems so busy today," she murmured to herself, hoping someone would remember her special day.
Sandy the Starfish, with her bright orange arms, was the first to speak up. "We need to make sure Melina doesn't suspect a thing! This surprise party has to be perfect," she urged. Finn the Dolphin nodded enthusiastically, his sleek body gleaming in the sunlight. "I'll keep her distracted while you all set up," he volunteered with a playful twinkle in his eye.
Finn caught up with Melina, nudging her playfully. "Hey, Melina! Want to race to the kelp forest?" he suggested, knowing how much she loved the thrill of a race. Melina smiled, her earlier worries momentarily forgotten. "Alright, you're on!" she laughed, her competitive spirit ignited as she took off with Finn.
Luna the Jellyfish, glowing softly in shades of pink and purple, floated above, helping drape decorations. "This is going to be the best surprise ever!" she giggled. Coral the Crab scuttled around, placing finishing touches on the sea sponge cake. "I hope she loves it," he said, adjusting a starfish topper with his claw.
Finn led Melina back to the garden, her laughter echoing through the water. As she entered, everyone jumped out, shouting, "Surprise, Melina!" The look of shock and joy on her face was priceless as she realized the love and effort her friends had put into this magical moment.
Melina beamed with happiness, her heart full as she hugged each of her friends. "Thank you, everyone. This is the best birthday ever!" she exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with gratitude. As the night continued, the underwater world seemed even more enchanting, reminding Melina that she was never alone, surrounded by friends who truly cared.
