Minaz, with her curly hair bouncing around her face, hopped out of bed, her heart fluttering with excitement. Today was the day she had been waiting for. Her first day of school. "I'm going to meet so many new friends today!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with youthful enthusiasm.
Minaz's dad, a gentle man with a warm smile, glanced at her through the rearview mirror. "Are you ready for your big adventure, Minaz?" he asked. Minaz nodded eagerly, her eyes wide with anticipation. Minaz's mom turned around from the passenger seat, "Remember, we're always here if you need anything," she reassured her, her voice soothing and kind.
Minaz held tightly to her dad's hand as they approached the entrance. Her eyes darted around, taking in the bustling scene. Merry, her teacher, stood at the doorway, her welcoming smile warm and inviting. "Hello, Minaz! I'm so glad to meet you!" she greeted, kneeling down to Minaz's level. "Hi, Merry! I'm ready to learn!" Minaz replied, her voice a mix of shyness and excitement.
Merry guided Minaz to a seat beside another child. Tommy, a boy with bright eyes and a friendly grin, looked over. "Hi, I'm Tommy! Do you like dinosaurs?" he asked, holding up a toy T-Rex. "Yes! I love them!" Minaz responded, her earlier shyness melting away.
Merry moved around the room, stopping by each child to offer guidance and encouragement. With Minaz, she spent extra time, showing her how to form letters with crayons. "You're doing wonderfully, Minaz," Merry praised, her eyes twinkling with pride. Minaz beamed, her confidence growing with each stroke on the paper.
Minaz and Tommy walked side by side, chatting about their favorite animals. As they reached the door, Minaz turned to Merry, "Thank you for today, Merry. I can't wait to come back tomorrow!" she said, her face glowing with happiness. Merry smiled, knowing that this was just the beginning of Minaz's wonderful journey in learning and making friends.
