Minaz replied, her voice a mix of shyness and excitement.

Merry guided Minaz to a seat beside another child. Tommy, a boy with bright eyes and a friendly grin, looked over. "Hi, I'm Tommy! Do you like dinosaurs?" he asked, holding up a toy T-Rex. "Yes! I love them!" Minaz responded, her earlier shyness melting away.

Merry moved around the room, stopping by each child to offer guidance and encouragement. With Minaz, she spent extra time, showing her how to form letters with crayons.
