My teacher stands by the door, greeting each student with a warm smile. I walk in, feeling excited for the day ahead, and wave to my classmates already seated at their desks. The smell of crayons and paper makes the room feel welcoming.
My teacher claps her hands and smiles at us. "Good morning, everyone! Today we have something special planned," she says. My classmates and I exchange curious glances, wondering what adventure awaits.
My classmates and I are put into a team. I feel a little nervous, but my friend smiles at me and hands me a marker. "Let's make the best poster about our favorite animal," I say, and everyone nods excitedly.
My classmates share ideas, and I draw a big, happy elephant in the center. My teacher stops by, watching us work. "Great teamwork! I love how you all listen to each other," she says, making us feel proud.
I stand with my classmates and hold up our poster. "We chose elephants because they are strong and friendly, just like our class," I explain. Everyone claps, and my teacher beams.
I feel happy as I leave the classroom with my friends. My classmates chatter about our project, and my teacher waves goodbye. I can’t wait to come back tomorrow for another day of learning together.
