Liam woke up to the familiar sound of his mom, Sarah, bustling around the kitchen. He stretched and smiled, knowing today would be another adventure with his superhero mom. "Good morning, Mom!" he called, bounding down the stairs.
Sarah turned with a bright smile. "Good morning, my little superhero!" she replied, effortlessly lifting Liam high into the air. "Wow, you're so strong, Mom! It's like I can almost touch the sky!" he giggled, reaching out toward the ceiling as if the clouds were within grasp.
Liam peered out the window, watching the storm approach. Sarah stood beside him, her gaze steady. "A storm's coming, but you're not scared, right, Mom?" he asked, looking up at her. "Not at all, Liam. Remember, bravery is about facing your fears," she assured him, her voice calm and soothing.
Sarah sat down with Liam, wrapping him in a loving embrace. "Even when the world outside is stormy, we can be calm and kind," she whispered, stroking his hair. "You're like the sun, Mom, always shining bright," he murmured, feeling her warmth chase away the chill of the windy day.
Sarah and Liam dashed outside, their laughter echoing in the air. "Let's see who’s faster, Mom!" he exclaimed, already sprinting ahead. Sarah chased after him, her feet moving like lightning as she caught up and swung him around in a playful twirl.
As Liam snuggled into bed, Sarah tucked him in, her touch gentle and loving. "Goodnight, my superhero mom," he whispered, his eyes heavy with sleep. "Goodnight, my brave little one," she replied, kissing his forehead. Liam drifted off, dreaming of the adventures they would have tomorrow, knowing his mom would always be his superhero.
