Nyra bounced in her chair, her eyes sparkling with anticipation. Daddy grinned as he placed a hand on her shoulder. "I have a surprise for you, Nyra," he announced warmly.
"What is it, Daddy?" Nyra asked, her voice brimming with excitement. "We're going on a vacation!" he replied. Nyra leaped from her chair, clapping her hands. "That's amazing!"
Mommy carried their bags as they stepped inside, the cozy interior welcoming them with open arms. Nyra explored every nook and cranny, her heart full of joy and adventure.
A loud thud shattered the silence, jolting Nyra awake. "What was that sound, Daddy? Mommy, I'm scared," she whispered, clutching her blanket tightly.
"We should not be scared. Let's check what's going on," Mommy suggested, her voice steady. Daddy grabbed a hockey stick while Mommy armed herself with a glass bottle.
Daddy and Mommy exchanged a glance, their resolve firm. Nyra, summoning all her courage, picked up a tennis racket. "We won't do anything if you leave now," she called out bravely.
The thief paused, surprised by the family's courage. But instead of leaving, he tried to scare them. With a sudden burst of bravery, Nyra and her family charged forward, their combined efforts too much for the intruder.
Daddy and Mommy hugged Nyra tightly, their hearts swelling with pride. "Well done, darling," Mommy said, her eyes shining. "If you are brave and use your presence of mind, you can do anything."
