The dino friends are full of excitement as they gather for a day of adventure. T-Rex, tall and cheerful, calls out to everyone. "Let’s all hide!" With a big grin, he squeezes his eyes shut, turning his back to the group. He begins to count, his voice echoing through the trees: "ROAR-ten, ROAR-nine..." All the other dinos scatter, searching for the perfect hiding spots.
T-Rex opens his eyes wide and looks around. The clearing is empty, but he knows his friends are close by. "Where did they go?" he wonders aloud, peering behind bushes and rocks. Suddenly, he spots something—a spiky tail poking out from a leafy bush!
T-Rex tiptoes closer and grins. "Aha! A tail in the bushes!" he exclaims, gently parting the leaves. There, trying not to giggle, is Spike, his spines unmistakable. "Haha! You found me!" Spike laughs, hopping out to join the search.
T-Rex and Spike follow the dino tracks, their eyes sharp for any sign of their friends. The footprints lead them right to a cave, cool and shadowy inside. As they peek inside, a voice suddenly shouts, "BOO!" and Trudy the triceratops jumps out, making them both laugh.
T-Rex, Spike, and Trudy look up as something soars above them. Penny the pterodactyl swoops down, giggling. "You saw my wings!" she cheers, landing beside her friends.
Only one dino remains. Rexy, the baby raptor, is nowhere to be seen—until a sudden movement in the grass gives him away! T-Rex and friends approach quietly, then—"RAWR! You got me!" Rexy leaps out, making everyone burst into laughter.
Spike beams with excitement. "Let’s play again! This time, I’ll seek!" The others nod, darting off to find new hiding spots as Spike covers his eyes and begins to count.
Spike searches carefully, noticing a shape dangling from a branch. Penny hangs upside down, her wings folded close. "A tail in a tree? Gotcha, Penny!" he calls, and she flutters down to join the fun. Behind a boulder, he spots Trudy’s horn, and traces tiny footprints in the mud that lead to Rexy. Finally, big footprints take him to a waterfall, where T-Rex hides, grinning.
The friends decide to try hide and seek at night. Each dino grabs a glowing flower to use as a flashlight, their outlines shimmering in the starlight. Penny glows like a shooting star as she swoops overhead, while Trudy blends into the shadows, surrounded by fireflies. Rexy can’t resist another jump-scare, leaping from a bush with a happy, "Boo!"
As the night grows quiet and cool, the dinos yawn and snuggle up close. T-Rex looks around at his friends, feeling warm and safe. "Goodnight, dino friends," he whispers, and soon, all the dinos drift off to sleep, dreaming of more games to play together.
