Pak Pandir strolled through the market, his mind set on finding a strong cow to assist with his farming. Little did he know, his day would take an unexpected turn.
"This cow is no ordinary cow. It can fly, but only when no one is watching," the trader whispered to Pak Pandir.
"If I have a flying cow, I’ll become rich!" he exclaimed, handing over all his money without a second thought.
"Fly, cow, fly!" he urged, but the cow merely munched on grass, unperturbed by his commands.
Remembering the trader’s words, he closed his eyes, counting, "One... two... three!" Yet, upon opening them, the cow was still firmly on the ground.
"Witness my flying cow! But close your eyes for it to work," he called out confidently.
The villagers, amused but curious, obliged, but when they opened their eyes, the cow remained earthbound, igniting laughter among them.
The next morning, he found the barn empty, panic rising within him. His search through the village proved fruitless until a shadow passed overhead. Looking up, he saw his cow hovering in the sky, defying all logic.
"As long as I once had a flying cow, that’s enough for me," he chuckled to himself.
The tale of Pak Pandir and his flying cow became a beloved legend in the village, a reminder of the wonders that sometimes lie beyond belief.
