"There’s Jumpy! He’s really nice and loves games," Snowboots whispered. Summoning her courage, Pearl waddled over. "Hello, Pearl! I’ve seen you by the pond before. Would you like to play with us today?" Pearl glanced at Snowboots, then nodded shyly.

"Let’s play hop and dash! I’ll hop, Snowboots will dash, and Pearl, you can waddle as fast as you like. We’ll all cheer for each other!" Pearl hesitated, but a gentle nudge from Snowboots made her giggle. Soon, laughter filled the clearing as they raced and cheered, petals swirling around them.

I can’t wait to play again tomorrow," she said, her eyes shining with gratitude and joy. The meadow felt more magical than ever, now that Pearl had found her place among friends.
