Pip was a tiny, fluffy cloud who loved floating with his friends in the big, blue sky. One morning, when he woke up, something felt different. He looked around, but none of his cloud friends were there. He was all alone, floating far away from home.“Oh no!” Pip thought. “I’m lost!”He drifted through the sky, looking below at a big farm. There, he saw a little bird hopping around. “Hello!” Pip called. “Can you help me find my way home?”The bird fluttered its wings and chirped, “I can help! But first, let’s play! You can float on the wind, and I’ll fly with you. Let’s see how high we can go!”Pip giggled as the bird soared beside him, and for a moment, he forgot he was lost. After they played, the bird pointed toward the horizon. “You should keep going that way! Maybe you’ll find someone else who can help you.”Pip thanked the bird and floated on. Soon, he reached the sparkling ocean. There, a friendly dolphin jumped out of the water. “Hello, little cloud!” the dolphin called. “What’s the matter?”“I’m lost,” Pip said, “and I don’t know how to get home.”The dolphin twirled through the waves. “I love to swim, but I can’t float like you! But you know, you could follow the moonlight on the water. It always leads somewhere special!”Pip followed the dolphin’s advice, drifting further along. As night fell, he looked down and saw the moon’s reflection shimmering on the ocean. It made him feel peaceful, and soon, he floated toward a large, wise tree on the shore. The tree’s branches rustled gently in the breeze. “You’re lost, little cloud,” the tree said in a deep, kind voice. “But remember, sometimes it’s okay to be lost for a while. It helps you learn new things and meet new friends.”Pip smiled. He hadn’t been alone at all! He had made new friends who helped him learn and showed him kindness. He looked up and saw the familiar, soft shape of his cloud friends in the sky. With a joyful puff of wind, Pip floated back home, knowing that even when you feel lost, there’s always something beautiful to discover along the way.
