Pip peeked from behind a blade of grass, her tiny eyes twinkling with mischief. Today felt perfect for another of her famous bug pranks. As she scurried along the leaf-laden branches, she spotted her friend Flick resting quietly nearby.
Flick[/@ch_2], a firefly with a bright golden tail, is carefully polishing his light. Sunbeams catch the glow on his tail, making it shimmer against the verdant backdrop.]
Flick sat with immense concentration, using a tiny piece of leaf to buff his glowing tail. He hummed a gentle tune, unaware of anything else around him. His focused face reflected the importance of keeping his light bright for the night ahead.
Pip crept closer, spying the enormous, quivering dewdrop. An idea sparked in her mind as she grinned mischievously. "This is perfect for a little fun," she whispered to herself, excitement bubbling inside her.

Pip pushed and rolled the dewdrop, straining with all her might—it was almost as big as she was! The dewdrop caught the sunlight, sparkling brilliantly as it wobbled and teetered on the edge of the blade. "Just a little further, and Flick won’t know what hit him!" she giggled.
Pip[/@ch_1] tiptoes onto Flick’s leaf. The leaf is smooth and slightly curved, cradling both the firefly and the heavy dewdrop that Pip places beside him. The added weight makes the leaf wobble dangerously, sending tiny ripples across its surface.]
Pip placed the dewdrop next to Flick, holding her breath so as not to give herself away. The leaf began to sway, and the dewdrop shimmered as it settled. Flick was still focused on his polishing, completely unaware of the looming, wobbly surprise beside him.

Pip hid behind a curled leaf edge, struggling to contain her giggles. Flick paused his polishing, sensing the leaf’s unusual movement. "Hmm? What’s going on with my leaf today?" he muttered, turning just in time to see the enormous, wobbly dewdrop teetering beside him.
