Rae sat cross-legged on her bed, staring out at the fluffy white clouds drifting lazily across the blue sky. Her imagination buzzed with daydreams as she doodled pictures of castles and unicorns. "If only magic were real," she whispered, twirling a pencil between her fingers.
Rae’s pencil lifted by itself, sketching a sparkling doorway on her notebook. Startled, she reached out, and the drawing began to glow, swirling with rainbow light. "Whoa! Did I do that?" she gasped, heart pounding with excitement and a hint of fear.
With a leap of faith, Rae stepped through the portal, leaving her bedroom behind. She landed softly on grass as soft as velvet, surrounded by enormous bluebells and fluttering, sparkling wings. All around her, fairies zipped through the air, trailing glittering dust.
A tiny fairy with lavender wings darted up, her voice tinkling like bells. Lila the Fairy, Guide and Friend: Cheerful, curious, and brave. "Welcome, Rae! Only children with the brightest imaginations can visit our home," she said, twirling in the air. "It’s beautiful! Are those real unicorns?" Rae asked, eyes wide. "Yes! Come meet them—your magic brought you here, and now anything is possible!"
Rae petted a gentle unicorn with a mane like spun gold, marveling at its warm, friendly eyes. The fairies showed her how to make flowers bloom with a wish, and Rae’s laughter rang like music. "I never knew magic could feel so real," she said, spinning in delight.
Lila led Rae up the castle steps, where a friendly prince greeted them with a bow. Prince Rowan, Kind Host: Gentle, thoughtful, and adventurous. "You’re a special guest, Rae. Would you like to explore the secret garden?" "Yes, please!" Rae replied, her eyes shining. They wandered through mazes of singing flowers, discovered hidden treasures, and shared stories of their worlds.
"Remember, Rae, your imagination is your greatest magic. You can visit us anytime you dream," Lila whispered, hugging her tightly. Rae stepped back through the portal, feeling braver and brighter than ever before. She woke in her room, fairy dust sparkling on her pillow, and knew that magical worlds were only ever a thought away.
