Boni sat on a bench, watching the world go by, with Ryan by his side. Ryan tossed a frisbee to a dog nearby, "I wonder why people can't just get along like dogs do," he mused. The dog, oblivious to the complexities of human nature, wagged its tail happily.
Boni noticed the dispute, shaking his head. "It's always about who gets there first," he remarked, a hint of frustration in his voice. Ryan nodded, "Maybe they just don't know how to share," he suggested, watching the children with a thoughtful gaze.
Boni smiled at the sudden change in mood, "Funny how something simple can change everything," he said. Ryan chuckled, "Maybe we need a little rain in our lives to remind us to be kind," he replied, inspired by the scene unfolding before them.
Boni watched the children, newly united in play, and felt a warmth spread through him. "I guess respecting others is about understanding and adapting, like they did," he reflected. Ryan nodded in agreement, "Yeah, and maybe listening more and judging less," he added.
Boni and Ryan stood up, ready to head home. "Let's try to be more like them," Boni proposed, gesturing to the children. Ryan grinned, "Agreed. Let's make sure we always see the rainbow after the rain," he replied, feeling a renewed sense of purpose.
