Sarah, with her blond hair fanned out across her pillow and her big blue eyes just beginning to flutter open, stretches languidly. She sits up slowly, rubbing her small lips together and glancing at the sunlight dancing on her walls. Today feels different—lighter, more magical, as if something wondrous is waiting just beyond the threshold of her day.
As Sarah steps outside, her bare feet brushing cool blades of grass, a sudden shimmer appears near the fountain. Out of the glimmering light emerge three angelic children—each with ethereal wings, glowing halos, and laughter that sounds like wind chimes. The smallest angel, with curls as golden as Sarah's, skips forward eagerly.
Lila (Angel Child): A gentle, bright-eyed girl with gossamer wings and an infectious giggle.
"Sarah, come play with us!"
"Are you really angels?"
Micah (Angel Child): A freckled boy with silvery wings, grins and nods. "We came to find someone kind and brave. That’s you!"
Sarah beams, feeling warmth bloom in her heart. She twirls with her new friends, their laughter ringing through the air, blending with the song of the birds and the gurgle of the fountain.
Eli (Angel Child): The oldest angel, with gentle eyes, leads Sarah to a hidden patch among the roots.
"This is the Garden of Wishes. Only those pure of heart can see it."
"Can I make a wish?"
"Of course. But remember, true wishes come from kindness."
Sarah closes her eyes, her hands pressed together, and whispers her wish into the gentle breeze.

The wish seems to ripple outwards, making the flowers bloom brighter and the sun shine warmer. Sarah feels a deep joy—her wish was for others to find happiness, and the garden responds in kind, gifting her a sense of belonging and wonder.

"We must go now, but we’ll always be near,"
"Whenever you need us, just look for the light,"
Sarah hugs each angel child tightly, feeling their warmth and love. As they vanish in a swirl of sparkling light, she knows her heart will never be alone again, and the garden will always hold the memory of her magical day with the angel kids.
