In the heart of Oaks Hollow, Lila, a cheerful little girl with a crown of daisies in her hair, skipped through the meadow. Her laughter echoed as she joined her friends to play. Ben, her best friend with curly brown hair and a mischievous smile, was building a castle with sticks and stones.
"Let's make it the biggest castle ever!" Lila exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
"Only if you help me with the moat," Ben replied, handing her a smooth stick to dig with.
The children gathered around the cart, eyes wide with wonder at the array of toys. Sam, a shy boy with glasses, hesitated as he watched others grab their favorites.
"I wish there was a way for everyone to play," he mumbled, clutching his teddy bear.
Lila noticed Sam standing alone and nudged Ben. "Why doesn’t Sam join us?" she whispered.
Lila approached Sam, a kind smile on her face. "Would you like to help us build the castle?" she asked, extending her hand.
"Really? I’d love to!" Sam replied, his face lighting up with joy.
Ben handed Sam a stick, and together they worked side by side, laughter and friendship building their castle as much as the sticks and stones.
As the day came to a close, the children stood back to admire their grand creation. Lila looked at her friends, her heart full of happiness.
"Sharing really does make everything better," she said, and all the children nodded in agreement.
"Especially when it means more friends," Ben added with a grin.
