Three young siblings, a 7-year-old boy and his twin sisters, frolic in the snow, their laughter echoing through the air. The boy, Ethan, leads the charge, his cheeks flushed with excitement. His sisters, Lily and Sophie, follow closely, their matching hats bobbing as they run. "Let's build the biggest snowman ever!" Ethan exclaims, his eyes sparkling with determination.
The children work as a team, rolling large snowballs across the yard to form the base of each snowman. "This one's going to have the biggest head," Lily giggles, balancing a smaller snowball on top. Meanwhile, Sophie gathers sticks and pebbles for arms and eyes, her creativity shining as she decorates each snowman with care.
Mr. Thompson, their father, chuckles softly. "Look at them go," he says, his voice filled with warmth. Beside him, Mrs. Thompson nods, a smile playing on her lips. "It's wonderful to see them enjoying the snow," she replies, her eyes following the energetic trio.
Ethan surveys the scene, his heart swelling with pride. "We did it! Three amazing snowmen," he declares. Lily and Sophie clap their hands together, their faces glowing with achievement. "They're perfect," Sophie agrees, nodding enthusiastically.
Mr. Thompson pours steaming cups of cocoa, while Mrs. Thompson serves bowls of hearty soup. "To a day well spent," she toasts, her voice filled with joy. The children, cheeks rosy from the cold, raise their mugs in agreement. "To snowmen and family," Ethan adds, his heart full.
Lily sighs contentedly, leaning against her father. "Can we do this again tomorrow?" she asks, her voice sleepy but hopeful. Mr. Thompson wraps an arm around her, his heart brimming with love. "Of course, sweetheart," he promises, knowing that each day in the snow is a treasure.
