Dora, the brave explorer with her colorful backpack, and Boots, her loyal monkey friend in red boots, trek happily through the darkening woods, chatting about their latest adventure.
"Boots, isn't this jungle beautiful at sunset? We can find the lost treasure before nightfall if we hurry!"
"Yeah, Dora! But listen... what's that spooky sound? It feels like eyes are watching us from the trees!"
A sudden, howling gust reveals the ghost, its hollow eyes gleaming with malice, chains rattling softly.
Dora and Boots freeze, hearts pounding, before screaming in terror with their lively African American voices echoing through the night.
"Aaaah! It's a ghost! Run, Boots, run for our lives! This thing is real spooky!" "Help! Ghost! We're gonna get boo-ed forever! Faster, Dora, don't look back!"
Panting and wide-eyed, Dora and Boots spot Geo from Team Umizoomi, the small math whiz with his orange mohawk and Umi Alarm, tinkering with shapes nearby, and his sister Milli, bouncy with pink ribbons, and Bot, the friendly robot with glowing screens.
"Geo! Milli! Bot! You won't believe it—we saw a real ghost in the jungle! It scared us so bad we ran screaming all the way here! Please help us!"
"Whoa, Dora and Boots, a ghost? Don't worry, Team Umizoomi is on the case! We'll use our math powers and some clever tricks to scare it away for good. Tell us everything that happened from the start!"
Geo, Milli, and Bot rally Dora and Boots, remembering past Halloween pranks like Mr. Owl and Bubble Puppy scaring the Bubble Guppies and Franklin the Turtle's friends in sheet costumes.
"Just like Mr. Owl and Bubble Puppy did on those fun Halloween nights, we'll make ghost costumes! White sheets with holes for eyes, some chains for rattle, and math patterns to make them super spooky. Dora, Boots, you'll look perfect!"
"Yay! I remember those Halloween nights—everyone got so scared and laughed after! Let's do this, team!"
Dressed as ghosts, they surround the real spooky ghost, moaning and rattling chains in a circle of terror.
"Boo! We're the scariest ghosts ever! Just like in those Halloween stories—run away if you know what's good for you!" "Math ghosts unite! Our patterns are unbeatable—feel the spooky power of shapes and numbers!"
The ghost shrieks in panic, fleeing into the darkness, screaming for its life with high-pitched wails echoing far.
The ghost stumbles home, trembling, to Mommy Ghost, a larger, flowing figure with caring yet eerie eyes, who comforts it amid flickering will-o'-the-wisps.
"Mom! These kid ghosts in costumes scared me worse than I scared them—they looked just like those Halloween tricksters from stories, with chains and everything! I ran screaming for my afterlife!"
"Oh, my little boo, don't worry. Mommy's here—next time we'll haunt together and show them real ghost power. Now rest those chains."
Dora cheers triumphantly as the danger passes.
"Yay! We did it, everyone—the ghost is gone! Those costumes worked perfectly, just like Mr. Owl and Bubble Puppy's Halloween scares."
"Now I gotta tell my mom all about this wild adventure—from the scary ghost chase to our super ghost team-up! She's gonna love hearing how we saved the day with costumes and teamwork!"
