Sumaya stirred awake, her eyes fluttering open as she stretched beneath her colorful quilt. Today felt special, and she was eager to discover why. "Good morning, world!" she whispered with a smile, remembering the morning dua her mother had taught her. She closed her eyes briefly and recited it softly, feeling a sense of peace wash over her.
Mama, a warm and gentle figure, was already setting the table. Sumaya skipped in, her excitement bubbling over. "Did you remember your morning dua, my dear?" asked Mama with a knowing smile. "Yes, Mama!" Sumaya replied proudly. They settled down to eat, and Sumaya helped her little brother, Amir, with his breakfast. Amir giggled as Sumaya taught him the dua before eating.
Sumaya and her family stepped out for a walk, enjoying the fresh air and the friendly atmosphere. She held her father's hand, feeling safe and happy. "Look, Baba! The flowers are blooming!" she exclaimed, pointing to a patch of bright daisies. Baba, tall and kind-hearted, chuckled. "Nature's beauty is a reminder to be grateful," he said, reminding Sumaya of the dua for gratitude.
Sumaya joined her friends at the playground, her heart full of happiness. They played tag, giggling as they chased each other around. When they paused to catch their breath, Sumaya shared the dua for playing safely, and they all repeated it together. Aisha, her best friend, grinned and hugged her. "You're the best, Sumaya!"
Sumaya sat with her family, reflecting on her day full of adventures and learning. Mama brought out a book of duas, and they read together, each word wrapping Sumaya in warmth and wisdom. "I love learning new duas every day," she said, snuggling closer to Baba.
Sumaya lay in bed, her heart content and her mind filled with the joys of the day. She whispered the bedtime dua, feeling a comforting embrace as she drifted off to sleep. Her dreams were sweet, filled with the promise of another day of discovery and dua.
