Serayah pressed her nose against the window, watching the world slowly transform. Her heart was light with the promise of the summer adventures she would soon embark on with her dad, Cou. "I can't wait for summer, Dad," she said, excitement bubbling in her voice.
Cou grinned at Serayah, his eyes twinkling with shared anticipation. "We have quite the list of plans, don't we? Malls, restaurants, and parks—all waiting for us," he said, flipping through the pages.
Serayah lay sprawled on her bed, her mind drifting to the lively atmosphere of the malls, the enticing aroma of food courts, and the thrill of discovering new treasures in shop windows. "I bet we'll find the coolest stuff this summer," she mused, hugging her pillow.
Cou joined Serayah on the couch, flipping through the pages. "Remember when you tried sushi for the first time?" he chuckled, pointing to a picture of Serayah with a skeptical expression.
Serayah and Cou strolled through the park, planning their future escapades. "I love playing frisbee with you, Dad," she said, her eyes shining with fondness. "We'll make this summer the best one yet," Cou promised, ruffling her hair.
Serayah stood on the porch with Cou, watching the horizon. "It's going to be amazing, isn't it?" she asked softly. "Absolutely," Cou replied, wrapping an arm around her shoulders, both of them dreaming of the adventures to come.
