Charlie, an adorable 8-year-old boy with sandy brown curly short hair, wearing jeans and a black v-neck t-shirt, lies in bed with messy hair, his light freckles and dimple visible.
“Hey there, kid! Yes—you in bed, with messy hair upon your head! Testing… testing… is this thing on? Huh… the sound is totally gone. DUUUUDE! That’s right—it’s me to see… SUPERDUDE is here for YOU and ME!”
SuperDude, a classic American handsome superhero with blonde hair, muscular build, charming dimple, strong jaw, wearing blue, red, and yellow tights with a cape and SD logo on his chest, bursts into the room energetically.
“No autographs—at least not yet! We’ve got some super things to get. Now wipe your eyes, don’t be confused— You’ve got some super skills to use!”
“Uhh… Mom?”
Mom, a classic kind mom with short blond hair, long eyelashes, dressed casually and looking about 40, enters with a friendly smile.
"Hi, SuperDude—stay for a while. Charlie, look who came to play— He’s here to help you learn today. No worries, dude—it’s all okay. There’s something super in you today."
"So you want to be a Super Dude? Brave and kind—with a super mood? Then here’s the deal—nice and clear… You’ve got to try and give a cheer! A cheer? Let’s hear it loud—no holding back!"
“DEAL!!! Charlie shouted. I’m on track!”
"Alright, my dude—now here’s step one: Being a hero can be fun. But real superpowers don’t just appear— They start inside you, right in here. You’ve got a spark that’s strong and bright— Let’s help it shine with all its light. Look in the mirror—stand up tall. Say something strong—give it your all."
“Huh? I… want to be a Super Dude? Stronger now—be brave, be YOU!”
“I AM SUPER!” Charlie said. SuperDude smiled, “That’s it, kid!”

"You’re doing great, my little dude— Now let’s talk about what makes you YOU. Before you fly, before you zoom, Before you save the day—BOOM BOOM— You need to know where power starts… (It’s not your muscles!) It’s your HEART. Wait… your heart? Yes, your thoughts and what you feel— Your intention is what makes it real. Intention? It’s what you choose inside your mind— To be brave, to help, to be kind. You don’t need boots or lasers bright— Your heart can shine a helping light."
Charlie[/@ch_1] closes his eyes, a subtle warm light pulsing gently around him like fireflies in the dim room.]
"Let’s try it out—nice and slow. Close your eyes… feel the glow."
Charlie paused and took a breath… A quiet calm replaced the rest.
"Now think of someone feeling sad… Send them love—happy, not bad. It’s not loud, and it’s not wild— It grows inside you, soft and mild. But when you use it, strong and true… It can help a friend—just like YOU! Wait… I can help? You sure can do— That superpower lives in YOU. Not with force, and not with might… But with your heart, your care, your light."
Charlie smiled. “I feel… warm? THAT’S your power starting to form!”
Mom walked in with a gentle grin, “I felt your kindness growing within.”
"Hi, Charlie. I see what you’ve begun… You’re learning to help—you’re learning to shine, my son. Is it magic? It’s not magic—just love you share. When you choose kindness, it’s always there. Some hearts feel heavy, some feel tight… But YOU can help them feel more light. With calm, with care, with what you do… Your love can shine right through."

Charlie tried, so still and slow— He felt a gentle, glowing glow.
“Whoa… I did it!” Charlie said.
"You sure did, dude!” SuperDude beamed. “So what’s a SuperDude, you see? Not just strong—but kind like YOU and me. Helping others, day by day… That’s the SuperDude way. Are YOU ready? You’ve got the spark, you’ve got the light… You can start being kind tonight."
