Hansel, a clever boy with a cap full of ideas, and Gretel, his cheerful sister who loved to skip and sing, were playing by the edge of the woods when—FLASH!—a golden light flickered from the bushes. "What's this?!" exclaimed Gretel, clapping her hands in delight.
Hansel darted over and pulled out a lantern, its glass glowing like a tiny sun, with swirls of sparkles dancing inside. "It's showing us the way!" he said. The siblings, hand in hand, followed the trail eagerly, the lantern lighting up their path with every step.
As they ventured deeper, Gretel sang, "This place is like a dream!" Twirling around, she admired the emerald leaves and colorful blooms. A friendly voice called out, Lila, a girl with braids and a basket full of berries, stepped out with a welcoming smile. "I'm Lila, the Forest Friend! Want to find the Golden Glade with me?"
Milo joined with a cheerful, "I'll join the fun!" Together, they laughed through tickly vines and buzzing fireflies. Gretel sang a silly song to sway the vines, while Hansel waved the lantern to guide the fireflies away. Milo whistled a happy note to move a big rock aside.
Hansel shouted, "This is it!" as his cap nearly flew off in excitement. A warm breeze rustled the trees and Grandma Rose appeared, her shawl full of stars. "To enter the Golden Glade, you must answer my riddle. Ready, my dears?"
Gretel clapped, "A pebble!" she guessed with a grin. Grandma Rose chuckled, and the glade sparkled brighter. Golden bubbles filled the air, each popping with a tiny laugh, as they danced and shared the Happy Bubbles with everyone. The joy spread throughout the village, making the night shimmer with laughter.
