Benny the Bear ambled lazily along the path, his fur glistening in the sun. Lola the Squirrel scampered beside him, her bushy tail twitching with excitement.
"Benny, have you heard the news?" she chattered, eyes wide with curiosity.
"What's up, Lola?" Benny yawned, stretching his paws.
Lola pointed to the spot where the acorns should have been. "They're gone! What are we going to do?" she exclaimed.
Benny scratched his head, his brow furrowed in thought. "Don't worry, Lola. We'll figure this out together."
Lola scampered up a tree, peering into the branches. "Maybe the birds have seen something!"
Benny called up to her, "Good idea, ask them!"
Benny knelt to examine the shells, his eyes lighting up. "Look, Lola! This could lead us to the culprit!"
Lola clapped her paws, "Let's follow the trail!"
Ricky, a notorious prankster, chuckled, "I was only borrowing them for my acorn art!"
Benny shook his head with a smile. "Ricky, you should have asked first."
Lola nibbled on an acorn, her eyes twinkling. "This turned into quite the adventure!"
Benny nodded, "And we learned something too—sometimes sharing makes everything better."
