Feras sat up in bed, rubbing his eyes as he glanced around the room. He could hear his little sisters, Aseel and Nour, already stirring in their shared room down the hall. "Time to start the day," he thought to himself as he jumped out of bed and headed to wake his sisters.
Nour was already at the table, her eyes wide with excitement as she watched their mother flip pancakes. "Pancakes are my favorite!" she exclaimed, clapping her hands. Feras helped Aseel into her chair, making sure she was comfortable before taking his own seat. "Let's eat quickly so we can go on our adventure," he suggested with a grin.
Feras led the way, with Aseel and Nour following close behind. "Today, we're explorers," he declared, pointing towards the playhouse. Aseel giggled, picking up a stick to use as a pretend sword. Nour wore a makeshift crown made of flowers, her imagination already running wild.
Feras stood at the helm, a cardboard tube serving as his spyglass. "Land ahead, mateys!" he shouted, pointing towards the flowerbed. Aseel and Nour scrambled to their feet, ready to embark on the next part of their journey. "Let's find the treasure!" Nour chimed in, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
Feras carefully lifted the box, brushing off the dirt. "I wonder what's inside," he mused, glancing at his sisters. Together, they pried open the lid to reveal an assortment of shiny stones and trinkets. Aseel gasped, her eyes wide with wonder. "It's the best treasure ever!" Nour declared, hugging her brother tightly.
Feras smiled as he listened to his sisters' animated retellings of their journey. "We make a great team," he said, wrapping an arm around Aseel. Nour nodded in agreement, her head resting on his shoulder. As the stars began to twinkle above, the siblings sat in comfortable silence, already dreaming of tomorrow's adventures.
