In a meadow so green, where the flowers sway,
A little bunny woke up to play.
Little Bunny stretched with a yawn,
Ready to hop at the break of dawn.
Little Bunny hopped past the bees and butterflies bold,
Curious and eager, with stories to be told.
"What wonders await me on this fine day?"
He chirped with delight as he hopped away.
Old Owl hooted from an oak, wise and grand,
"Where are you going, young one, across this land?"
"To find new friends and maybe some fun,"
Little Bunny replied, under the warming sun.
In a clearing so bright, Little Bunny found,
Squirrel and Fox gathered around.
"Join us for nuts!" Squirrel said with glee,
"And listen to tales, under this tree,"
The friends decided to venture to the forest's edge,
Where secrets whispered in the pine needle hedge.
"Let's find where the river meets the sky,"
Little Bunny exclaimed with a twinkle in his eye.
As the sun dipped low, painting skies anew,
The friends by the river, their laughter grew.
"Today was a gift," Old Owl softly said,
Little Bunny nodded, "Now it's time for bed."
