Rima shifted nervously at the breakfast table, her fingers playing with the corner of her napkin. Her mother, Rima's Mother, sat across from her, sipping tea with a serene smile. The warmth of the morning sun painted the room in a golden hue, but Rima's mind was clouded with worry. "Mom, I saved less money," she finally admitted, her voice barely above a whisper.
Rima's Mother raised an eyebrow, her curiosity piqued. "How could the money be reduced? Maybe someone took it," she suggested, her tone light yet probing. Rima fidgeted uncomfortably, her eyes darting around the room. She knew her mother could always tell when she was lying, and the truth was about to catch up with her.
Rima scratched her head, avoiding her mother's gaze. Her heart pounded like a drum. "Is it true that someone took your savings?" Rima's Mother asked, her voice gentle but firm. Rima sighed, her shoulders slumping as she nodded. "Same honesty, Mom. I rarely save money," she admitted, her voice tinged with regret.
Rima's Mother leaned forward, her expression softening. "Why, Rima?" she asked, her eyes filled with understanding. Rima looked down, her face flushed with embarrassment. "Sorry, Mom. I rarely save money because the money you give me, I use to buy candy," she confessed, her voice a mere whisper. Her mother's arms wrapped around her in a comforting embrace.
Rima's Mother held her daughter close, her voice a gentle murmur. "No problem, darling. Next time, you have to learn to be honest and diligent in saving money," she advised, her tone encouraging. "Convince yourself that you want to be a good and honest child in saving money." Rima nodded, wiping her eyes, a small smile creeping onto her face.
Rima stood at her window, watching the sky change colors. A new determination filled her heart. She would work hard and save her money, not just for herself but to make her mother proud. As the first stars appeared in the sky, Rima vowed to embrace honesty and patience, discovering the joy in watching her savings grow, one coin at a time.
