Dora, Boots, Blue the Dog, Little Bill, and Little Bear stood frozen, eyes wide as a ghostly white figure drifted between the trees.
"Dora, did you see that? There’s a ghost!"
"Let’s get out of here, everyone! Run!"
The group dashed through the underbrush, Blue’s ears flapping and Little Bear nearly tripping over a root, all while the strange apparition floated after them.
Little Bill clutched his hat, trembling. Blue the Dog whimpered softly, tail tucked under.
"Did you see how fast that ghost moved? I thought it was going to get us!"
"I’ve never run so fast in my life," admitted Little Bear, his voice shaky.
"We have to tell someone who can help. Where’s Geo Umizoomi?"

Dora waved frantically, breath still quick. Boots hopped from foot to foot, trying to catch Geo's attention.
"Geo, we saw a ghost in the forest! It chased us all the way here!"
"A ghost? Don’t worry, team! Let’s use our mighty math powers to solve this mystery," Geo replied confidently, gathering everyone around.
Geo Umizoomi kneels to inspect the footprints, measuring their size with a colorful ruler.
"These footprints are too small for a real ghost. And look here—what’s this caught in the bushes?"
"It looks like a sheet," said Little Bear, tugging at the fabric. Boots gasped as a familiar giggle echoed nearby.

"You guys should’ve seen your faces! I just wanted to play a spooky joke," Max admitted, waving sheepishly.
"That wasn’t funny, Max! You scared us all," barked Blue the Dog, but her tail wagged in relief.
"Next time, maybe play a less scary game," said Dora with a smile, as the tension melted away.
"See? With teamwork and a little bit of detective work, we solved the mystery," Geo Umizoomi cheered.
"I’m just glad it wasn’t a real ghost," Little Bear sighed, snuggling into Little Bill's side.
As stars twinkled above, the friends promised to stick together—no matter how spooky things might seem.
