Ravi was a young boy who loved chocolates and junk food more than anything else. Every day after school, he would eat a huge bar of chocolate, followed by a bag of chips. “Who needs vegetables when you have chocolate?” Ravi thought, as he craved his sweet and salty snacks.
Ravi's mother often warned him, “Ravi, you need to eat healthy food. Too many chocolates and chips aren’t good for you.” But Ravi didn’t listen, thinking his mother was just being overly cautious.
Ravi One day, had an idea. “Today, I’ll eat an entire family-sized chocolate bar, followed by a big packet of chips!” he thought with excitement. He ate it all in one sitting. “Yummy!” he said, feeling very pleased with himself, but soon after, his stomach began to feel strange.
To Ravi’s surprise, his stomach looked like a balloon ready to pop! It started to hurt terribly, and he felt too full to even move. “Oh no! My stomach hurts!” Ravi groaned, rubbing his bloated belly.
His mother immediately took him to Doctor, who gave Ravi an injection to help him feel better. “Ravi, eating too much chocolate and junk food can make you feel sick and bloated. You need to eat healthy food to feel better and avoid this discomfort,” Doctor explained kindly.
Ravi nodded, feeling embarrassed. “I don’t want my stomach to grow any bigger!” he said, looking down at his belly. Ravi learned his lesson. From that day on, he still enjoyed chocolates and junk food, but only once in a while. He made sure to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and other healthy foods to keep his body strong and happy.
