Memna, a small and playful lamb, frolicked joyfully, his heart filled with the carefree spirit of youth. His eyes sparkled with delight as he bounded over the soft grass, unaware of any lurking dangers.
Bhediya, the cunning wolf, emerged from the trees, his movements stealthy and deliberate. He had been observing Memna for a while and thought to himself, "Today, my meal is delivered right to me."
Bhediya moved closer, his voice smooth yet menacing, "Little lamb, what brings you here alone? Don't you know this place is dangerous?" Memna felt a pang of fear but quickly composed himself, realizing he needed to think fast.
Memna replied, his voice carrying a hint of bravery, "Dear wolf, I know you wish to make me your meal, but could you grant me one last wish to sing a song?" Bhediya paused, intrigued by the lamb's boldness and curiosity, "Very well, but make it quick."
Memna began to sing, his voice echoing with a heartfelt melody that resonated with the beauty of the meadow. The song was filled with a spirit of hope and unity, drawing the attention of nearby farmers who were working in the fields. Hearing the unusual melody, they hurried towards the sound.
Startled by the sudden appearance of the farmers, Bhediya realized his plan had been thwarted. He turned and fled into the forest, leaving Memna safe and sound. The lamb smiled as he saw the wolf disappear, knowing his cleverness had won the day.
Memna reflected on the day's events, understanding that strength lies not in physical might but in wit and unity. The farmers patted him kindly before returning to their fields, grateful for the lamb's cleverness. Memna continued to frolic in the meadow, ever watchful but unafraid, having learned the value of courage and intelligence.
