Lily stared at her shoes, her brows furrowed with worry as she listened to the laughter of children playing outside.
Coco, a small brown dog with curly fur and bright eyes, wagged her tail and licked Lily's hand.
"Coco, what if I can't speak up in class today? Everyone seems so much braver than me,"
"Woof! You can do it, Lily! I'll be right by your side,"
Lily[/@ch_1]'s mom pours orange juice and gives her a reassuring hug.]
Lily takes a deep breath, glancing at Coco, who sits patiently by her feet.
"Mom, how do I become confident like you?"
indian mom, a gentle woman with a kind smile, kneels down to look Lily in the eye.
"Confidence starts with trying, even if you're scared. Remember, every brave thing I've done began with a little bit of doubt,"
Lily[/@ch_1] stands at the edge, clutching Coco's leash tightly.]
Lily watches her classmates play tag and giggle in groups, her heart thumping in her chest.
"Let’s try saying hello to someone new! I’ll wag my tail the whole time,"
"Okay, Coco. Deep breath. We can do this together,"
Lily[/@ch_1] approaches a group of children. Coco trots beside her, tail wagging like a flag.]
Lily's voice trembles at first, but she manages a bright smile.
"Hi, I'm Lily. This is Coco. Can we play with you?"
A girl with pigtails grins and waves. Maya, cheerful and friendly, steps forward.
"Of course! Coco looks so fun. Let’s all play together,"
Lily[/@ch_1] and Coco join in a game of catch. Sunlight sparkles on Coco's fur as she chases a bright red ball.]
Lily throws the ball and cheers when Coco grabs it mid-air, her own laughter growing louder with each moment.
"I did it, Coco! I made new friends,"
"Woof! You were brave and wonderful, Lily,"
Lily[/@ch_1] and Coco snuggle on the bed, surrounded by their favorite storybooks.]
Lily strokes Coco's ears, her eyes sparkling with pride.
"Thank you for helping me today, Coco. Maybe tomorrow, I’ll try something even braver,"
"I’ll always be here to cheer you on, Lily! Together, we can do anything,"
