Mr. Monkey skips onto the stage, his red crayon costume gleaming in the sunlight. Mrs. Bunnie hops behind him, her orange crayon suit bouncing with every leap. Mrs. Dog wags her tail, her yellow outfit bright as a sunflower. Mr. Dino, in vibrant green, lumbers up with a shy smile. Mrs. Pig twirls in her sky-blue crayon suit, and Roby beams proudly in purple. Manny, the brown crayon, offers a friendly wave, while Roby’s Mom glides gracefully in white. Off to the side, Me Black stands quietly, his black crayon costume absorbing the light.
"Alright, everyone, let's sing our crayon song as loud as we can!" Mrs. Bunnie clasps her paws together, ears twitching with excitement. "Yellow is my favorite color! I'm ready!" Mr. Dino nervously shuffles his feet as the music starts, and the crowd of forest animals watches eagerly.
"Oh no, my hat!" Roby yelps as her purple crayon top flies off and lands in a puddle. "Someone help, my brown crayon is stuck!" Manny struggles to free himself from beneath a fallen prop. Roby’s Mom quickly gathers the little ones, trying to calm everyone down, while Me Black stands frozen, black costume now dusted with rainbow confetti.
"Our beautiful crayon song... It's ruined!" Mr. Monkey slumps down, his red crayon a little crooked. Mrs. Dog tries to cheer everyone up, but her yellow suit is now speckled with grass stains. "Maybe we should just give up?" Mrs. Pig frowns, looking at her muddy blue costume.
Roby’s Mom[/@ch_8] steps forward, her white crayon shining. She gathers the group in a gentle hug.]
"Sometimes things don't go as planned, but that doesn't mean the fun is over. Let's make up our own silly crayon song, right here, right now!" The others look at each other, hope rekindling in their eyes. "Even if our costumes are messy, we're still a rainbow together," Me Black adds quietly, a shy smile appearing on his face.
Mr. Monkey leads the group, his red crayon waving high. Mrs. Bunnie and Mrs. Dog hop and wag in rhythm, while Mr. Dino and Mrs. Pig spin in circles, their costumes now badges of their adventure. Roby, Manny, Roby’s Mom, and Me Black sing the loudest, their voices blending into a joyful melody.
