In the heart of a luminous jungle, where the sun filtered through a canopy of lush green leaves, a fox known as लोमड़ी prowled with a gleam of cunning in her eyes. She was renowned for her sly nature, leaving a trail of tales about her clever tricks.
As she meandered through her domain, लोमड़ी's sharp gaze fell upon a towering tree. Perched high up was कौआ, the crow, holding a cluster of grapes that shimmered like tiny amethysts in the dappled sunlight. "Those grapes look as delightful as a dream," she mused to herself, knowing she had to have them.
Realizing that climbing the tree was not an option, लोमड़ी hatched a plan, her mind working as swiftly as her paws. With a sly smile, she called out to कौआ, weaving her words with the skill of a seasoned storyteller. "Oh, dear कौआ, your feathers glisten like the night sky, and your voice is as melodious as the morning breeze. Would you not grace this humble jungle with your enchanting song?"
कौआ, flattered by लोमड़ी's compliments, puffed up his chest with pride. The thought of being admired by the clever fox was a temptation too great to resist. "Why, of course, I shall sing for you!" he cawed, opening his beak to release a tune, oblivious to the danger of his vanity.
As soon as कौआ began his song, the grapes slipped from his grasp, tumbling towards the earth. With nimbleness befitting her reputation, लोमड़ी leaped, catching the sparkling fruit in her mouth before it could touch the ground. "Thank you, dear कौआ, for your generous gift," she chuckled, her eyes twinkling with triumph.
Alone on his perch, कौआ watched as लोमड़ी sauntered away, savoring her prize. A wave of realization washed over him, leaving him with the bitter taste of regret. "How foolish I have been," he lamented, vowing to be wiser and more vigilant, never again to fall for such deceitful flattery.
