Milo the little mouse stood on his tiptoes, peering up at the sky. His shiny shoes glimmered softly in the starlight. "Where's the moon tonight?" He wondered aloud, feeling a pang of disappointment.
Bunny wiggled her nose, sensing something amiss. "Without the moon, our dance won't be the same," she said softly.
Owl hooted wisely, "Perhaps the moon is just shy tonight. Let's find it and invite it back."
Squirrel chattered with excitement, "An adventure under the stars! Let's go!"
Milo led the way, his heart hopeful. "We just need to look in all the places the moon loves," he suggested.
Bunny hopped beside him, "Let's try the hilltop where the moon usually rises," she proposed.
Owl fluttered his wings, noticing the trail. "Look, the moon has left us a path," he exclaimed.
Squirrel scampered ahead, "Hurry, let's follow it!" he urged, excitement bubbling in his voice.
Milo pondered, "Perhaps we can use our dance to invite the moon," he suggested.
Bunny nodded enthusiastically, "Yes, let's dance together and show the moon our joy," she agreed.
Owl hooted happily, "See, our friendship and dance brought the moon back!" he declared.
Squirrel twirled in delight, "Together, we can light up any night!" he cheered as they all danced beneath the moon's watchful gaze.
