Bumble, a small dragon with shimmering emerald scales and curious golden eyes, sat on a grassy knoll. "I just don't get it," he sighed, watching the other dragons puff clouds of smoke and fire into the air.
Puffin, a round dragon with a cheerful demeanor, nudged Bumble. "Come on, Bumble! Give it a try!" Bumble inhaled deeply, feeling a tickle in his nose. He squeezed his eyes shut and... nothing. Not even a wisp of smoke. A giggle escaped Ziggy, a tiny dragon with zigzag patterns on his wings. "You'll get it one day, Bumble!"
"Why can't I be like the others?" he wondered aloud. The willow's leaves rustled as if whispering secrets of the world. Bumble felt a small tear trickle down his cheek, plopping into the pond, causing his reflection to shimmer and dance.
Puffin placed a comforting wing over Bumble's back. "Being different isn't bad, Bumble," Puffin said gently. Ziggy nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah! You can do so many things we can't! Like that amazing tail spin you do!" Bumble couldn't help but smile at their words of encouragement.
He took a deep breath, feeling the cool evening air fill his lungs. Without thinking, he spun in a circle, his tail creating a gentle breeze that sent the fireflies swirling in a glowing spiral around him. Puffin and Ziggy watched in awe. "Wow, Bumble! That's magical!" "You're like a firefly maestro!" they chimed.
"I don't need to sneeze fire to be special," he realized, feeling a warmth spread through his chest. His friends cheered, and together they laughed, their joy echoing through the night. Bumble knew that being different was wonderful in its own way, and he was perfectly happy being the dragon who couldn't sneeze.
