Emma sat cross-legged on the floor, her eyes sparkling with creativity as she carefully balanced a red block atop her growing castle. Leo, her baby brother, clapped his tiny hands, his face a picture of delight.
"Let's make the tallest tower ever, Leo," she encouraged, handing him a bright yellow block.
Leo babbled cheerfully, holding a blue block towards Emma.
"This can be the ocean around our castle," she declared, placing it gently at the base.
As if in response to their creativity, a soft glow enveloped the blocks, unnoticed by the children.
Emma paused, eyes wide as she noticed the subtle change.
"Do you see that, Leo? It's like magic!" she whispered, her voice filled with wonder.
Leo giggled, reaching out to touch the softly glowing blocks.
Emma stood up, amazed, holding Leo's hand.
"We must be brave knights, Leo, guarding our magical kingdom," she proclaimed, her heart swelling with excitement.
Emma led the way, pointing out imaginary creatures and treasures hidden in the stone walls.
"Look, Leo, a dragon! And over there, a pile of gold!" her voice was a mix of awe and delight.
Emma sighed contentedly, wrapping an arm around Leo.
"Maybe tomorrow, we'll find another adventure," she said softly, her heart full of the day's enchantment.
Leo yawned, snuggling closer, as the room filled with a warm, peaceful silence.
