Lila skipped along the path, her eyes wide with wonder at the kaleidoscope of colors surrounding her. Her friends followed closely, their laughter mingling with the rustle of the leaves. They stopped in front of a giant poster of a giraffe, its blank spots awaiting a splash of color.
Mr. Thompson, their enthusiastic teacher, stood before them with a palette of vibrant paints. "Today, we will learn the colors in English using our friend, the giraffe," he announced with a warm smile.
"Rojo," Lila said, pointing to the red paint. "In English, we say 'red,'" Mr. Thompson explained, dabbing red spots onto the giraffe's neck. The children repeated the word, their voices filled with excitement.
"Azul," one of Lila's friends chimed in, reaching for the blue paint. "That's 'blue' in English," Mr. Thompson said, as he painted blue spots on the giraffe's legs. The children giggled, their fingers stained with color.
Mr. Thompson shared stories of Africa, where giraffes roamed free under the vast sky. "It sounds magical," Lila whispered, her eyes sparkling with imagination.
The children gazed at their colorful creation, each spot a testament to their new knowledge. "You've done a fantastic job," Mr. Thompson praised, "and now, you all know the colors in English!" The forest echoed with their joyful cheers, a symphony of laughter and newfound words.
