Lily, Daisy, and Rose fluttered into the clearing, their laughter like the tinkling of bells. Lily carried a tiny acorn cup, filled to the brim with sweet nectar. Daisy set down a platter of honey cakes made from dew and pollen. Rose, with her rosy cheeks and twinkling eyes, arranged a bouquet of wild violets as a centerpiece. "This is the perfect spot for our tea party," Lily declared, twirling in delight.
"I love these mornings in the forest," Daisy sighed contentedly, sipping nectar from her cup. Rose nodded, her eyes watching the butterflies that flitted around them. "Look at those butterflies, so free and beautiful," Rose mused. Lily grinned, "Let's chase them after we've finished our tea. I bet I can catch the most!"
Lily, ever competitive, zipped after a particularly large butterfly, its wings a kaleidoscope of colors. Daisy giggled as she veered left and right, her fingers brushing against the delicate creatures. Rose soared higher, her eyes wide with wonder as a cloud of butterflies enveloped her, creating a living, breathing rainbow. "They're leading us somewhere," Daisy called out, pointing towards the heart of the forest.
Rose landed softly on the stream's bank, her eyes wide with amazement. Lily and Daisy joined her, their wings folding neatly behind them. "This place... it feels special," Rose whispered. Lily nodded, "Perhaps it's a gift from the forest—a secret place just for us."
Daisy stretched out on the grass, looking up at the sky as the butterflies began their journey home. "I think today was magical," Daisy said, her voice soft and full of joy. Lily placed a hand on her heart, "The best tea party ever," she agreed. Rose smiled, "And the butterflies showed us the way to this secret place. We should come here more often."
Lily, Daisy, and Rose bid farewell to their secret spot, promising to return soon. The forest whispered a gentle goodbye, its trees swaying in a soft breeze. "Until next time," Daisy said, her voice a sweet echo in the tranquil dusk. With one last look at the enchanted glen, they fluttered into the twilight, their hearts light and full of dreams.
