Ducky stretched his wings hesitantly, watching his siblings flap with ease. His heart pounded at the thought of leaving the ground.
"Why the long face, Ducky?" she asked, her voice gentle.
"I'm scared to fly," he admitted, his voice quivering.
"Don't worry, we'll figure it out together," Moo assured him with a reassuring nudge.
"Heard you need a little help with flying," Bark barked cheerfully.
"I just can't get off the ground," Ducky sighed.
"Try flapping your wings faster. Like this!" Bark demonstrated, pawing enthusiastically at the air.
"And remember, we're all here to help," Moo added with a warm smile.
"Okay, here goes nothing," Ducky whispered to himself.
He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and flapped his wings with all his might. Suddenly, he felt the wind beneath him, lifting him higher and higher.
"Oh no, I need to go!" he exclaimed in a panic.
Bark's voice echoed in his mind, "Just go in the sky, Ducky!"
With little choice, Ducky did as advised.
The man's angry shouts mixed with the jubilant laughter of Bark and Moo from the ground.
"Looks like you nailed it, Ducky!" Moo chuckled.
"You really are a natural!" Bark added, his eyes sparkling with mischief.
Ducky laughed along, the weight of his fears lifting with each flap of his wings. He soared with newfound confidence, ready to join his family in their journey south.
