Cassian brushed the dirt away, his fascination growing. The rock shimmered in the daylight, unlike anything he had ever seen before. "What secrets do you hold?" he wondered aloud, his voice barely a whisper.
Dudley, a magnificent dragon with scales glinting like emeralds, emerged in a burst of light and sound. The garden seemed to expand with his presence. "Hello, young adventurer!" the dragon boomed, his eyes twinkling with mischief and wonder.
The world below became a patchwork quilt of colors as they soared. "Where are we going?" Cassian asked, holding tightly to Dudley's scales.
"To lands where stories come alive," Dudley replied, his voice a rumble of excitement.
In one world, trees rose like towers, their leaves whispering ancient tales. In another, rivers flowed with liquid light, casting rainbows that danced across their path. "This is amazing!" Cassian exclaimed, his heart full of joy and wonder.
Cassian gazed at the horizon, his eyes wide with the day's wonders. Dudley rested beside him, a gentle warmth emanating from his scales. "These adventures are just the beginning," Dudley said softly, his gaze full of promise.
Cassian slid from Dudley's back, his heart light and full. "Until next time, friend," Dudley murmured, vanishing back into the rock with a final flicker of light.
Cassian stood alone in the garden, the rock now just a rock again. Yet, within him, an adventure lived on—a story waiting to be told before dinner, a promise of more to come.
