Peppa pig gazed out the window, her pink cheeks glowing with excitement. She clutched her favorite yellow teddy bear, imagining grand adventures. George Pig, wearing his blue shirt and hugging his green toy dinosaur, scampered over to her side, his eyes wide with anticipation.
"George, do you remember what Mummy Pig told us about the treasure she hid when she was a little girl?"
"Is it really a treasure, Peppa? Where is it?"
Peppa pig bounced excitedly, her red dress swishing as she tugged at her mother’s sleeve. George Pig clutched his dinosaur, peering up with curiosity.
"Mummy, can you tell us about your treasure box again? Please, please, pretty please?"
Mama Pig, her eyes twinkling, smiled and knelt to their level. "When I was a little piglet, I buried a small red toy box in our garden. It’s still out there, waiting for clever explorers!"
Peppa pig led the way, scanning the garden for anything unusual. George Pig tiptoed behind, dragging his dinosaur through the grass. They circled the oak tree, poked around flower beds, and peered under garden gnomes.
"Peppa, look! There’s something red under those leaves!"
"Let’s dig together! Maybe it’s Mummy’s treasure box!"
Peppa pig brushed aside dirt with careful hands, while George Pig helped scoop away the earth. The edge of a red box peeked through the soil, its paint faded but still bright against the brown earth.
"We found it, George! We really found it!"
"Wow! What’s inside, Peppa? Can we open it now?"
Peppa pig lifted each treasure out in wonder, while George Pig giggled at the shiny bell and the silly photo.
"Look, George, these are Mummy’s favorite things from when she was little. Let’s show her!"
"She’s going to be so happy! I want to hear her stories about these!"
Mama Pig hugged Peppa pig and George Pig close, her heart full.
"Thank you, my clever explorers. You’ve brought back wonderful memories—and now we can make new ones together."
"Let’s have a treasure picnic in the garden and share the stories, Mummy!"
"And can we bury a new box for the future, Peppa?"
