Dora, Diego, Uniqua, and the members of The Fresh Beat Band huddle together, their faces pale and eyes wide.
"Did you see that? It looked like a ghost!"
"I think it's coming closer! Let's run!"
They dash away from the playground, instruments clattering behind them, hearts pounding as the ghostly figure seems to follow.
Diego leads the way, his breath visible in the cold air.
"Quick, this way! We can hide by the old oak tree!"
"What if the ghost finds us? I never believed in ghosts, but now..."
The friends huddle together, shivering both from fear and the cold, listening for any sign of pursuit.
Geo Umizoomi[/@ch_5], standing with a glowing lantern and a reassuring smile. The environment feels warmer and safer here, with soft grass and colorful flowers peeking through the mist.]
Dora steps forward, her voice trembling.
"Geo, we saw something scary. It looked like a ghost!"
"Don't worry. We'll figure this out together. Tell me everything you saw."
"It was floating and glowing, and it chased us from the playground!"
Geo Umizoomi listens intently, nodding and examining the details as everyone recounts their terrifying experience.
Geo Umizoomi[/@ch_5], returns cautiously to the playground. The fog has lifted a bit, revealing the musical instruments and benches in sharper detail. The ghostly figure is nowhere to be seen, but strange footprints and a piece of white cloth are visible on the ground.]
"Look! These footprints aren't from a ghost. They're from someone wearing shoes."
"Maybe it was just someone dressed up to scare us."
"But who would do that? And why?"
Geo Umizoomi picks up the cloth and examines it, looking for clues.
Twist[/@ch_6], a member of The Fresh Beat Band, tangled up in a sheet and giggling. The sun begins to rise, casting golden light over the playground and lifting the tension.]
"I wanted to give everyone a little spooky fun, but I didn't mean to scare you so much!"
"Twist! We thought you were a real ghost!"
"Next time, maybe warn us before you try to play tricks!"
The group bursts into laughter, relief washing over their faces.
"See? Sometimes things aren’t as scary as they seem."
"Let’s play a song about facing our fears!"
"And about sticking together, no matter what!"
Music fills the air, and the friends dance and laugh, grateful for each other and the adventure they shared.
